Being

Just being in the moment
Believing it is all possible
I felt that again today.
There was a moment of "Ah ha"
I can do this
I am doing this
I am enough

And so I picked myself back up
From what felt like
A hurricane to my head
And I am back again.
Here, present, ready
Ready to take on the world

I am being me and I love it
The headache has subsided
And in this moment
All that matters
Is that I am lucky
There is a roof above my head
A family to love
And those who love me too.

It is a blessing just to be alive
To look at the baby blue sky
And know that all will be okay
This is Being
This is living
This is Peace
This is Me.

I am so thankful.
